Suba, Palestine

Suba

Suba is a small village located down the valley from Krehse. From the top of its hill the towns of Idhna and Tarqumya can be seen. The valley below is used for farming crops, and Suba is a village which relies heavily on agriculture. However, much of the land used for agriculture was destroyed by an Israeli bulldozer in 2015, and villagers are now banned from using it.

Yet this is still a peaceful place, and the loudest sound is likely to be that of the birds flying around the trees.

There was once another Suba village, west of Jerusalem but it is now empty after residents were forced into a mass exodus by Israeli troops in 1948, who also destroyed every single building.
