The 'Walled Off Hotel' underwent 14 months of renovations without workers, residents nor the Israeli government being aware of who was behind the scenes. BANKSY located the hotel besides the infamous Israeli separation wall. constructed in 2002. For 15 years, residents of a neighbourhood in West
