Deir Jarir is an agricultural village just south of Taybeh and 11km north of Ramallah, located on a hilltop (2,950 feet above sea level) with stunning views over the Jordan valley. The land surrounding the built up area is cultivated with grapevines and fig and olive trees.

It is ideally located for a quick stop on the way from Ramallah to Taybeh for a day trip, or vice versa.
