Garlic and Chilli Prawns with a Lemon and Herb Marinade

This mediterranean classic brings together fresh seafood and vibrant flavours. The longer this dish is left to marinate the better it gets. Packed with herbs and lemon it makes a great starter or sharable side dish.

Serves 4 – Time 40 minutes

400g of Peeled Prawns
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Hot Chilli
1 Small Handful of Coriander
1 Lemon
1 Tbsp Ground Nut Oil


Finely chop the garlic, chilli and coriander and add to a bowl with the prawns, lemon juice and oil. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan on a very high temperature and fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes and serve with fresh pitta bread.
