Our version of this classic and creamy dip combines a variety of Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. This simple recipe is a great accompaniment to most rice, fish and salad dishes.

Serves 4 – Time 10 minutes
400ml Natural Plain Yogurt
1 Small Handful of Coriander
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Mild Chilli
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
De-core the cucumber to remove the watery centre. Finely chop the cucumber, coriander, garlic and chilli and combine in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve as a side dish or as a delicious snack with warm, fresh pitta bread.
